ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
General Information
The online store www.ilukaar.ee (hereinafter "online store") is owned by Ilukaar OÜ, registry code 17234618, located at Õismäe tee 42, Tallinn 13512.
When registering as a user of ilukaar.ee and/or purchasing products from online store, the terms and conditions of this contract and the rights and obligations arising from the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply.
The online store reserves the right to make changes in the terms and conditions of sale and the selling prices. The said changes will be reflected on the online store website.
Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information
Online store sells and the Customer purchases the products offered at the online store.
The contract of sale will enter into force when the amount to be paid according to the order confirmation has been credited to the current account of Ilukaar OÜ.
When finalizing an order and paying for the order at the online store, the Customer will confirm that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of sale.
All the prices at the online store are given in euros and does not include VAT (24%).
Prices of products offered in the online store are shown next to each product. A delivery fee is added to the price, which depends on the Customer's location and the chosen delivery method. Shipping cost is displayed to the Customer during order checkout. Information about products is provided directly in the online shop next to each product.
Order Placement
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. Then, the total amount payable is displayed, which can be securely paid via the following methods:

Note: When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank’s page.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Webshop in a secure environment – via the bank’s secure environment for bank link payments and Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment for credit card payments. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card information. The contract becomes valid upon receipt of the payment to the Webshop’s account.
The online store owner is the data controller for personal data and forwards the necessary data for payment processing to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days after notification.
Delivery
After the contract of sale has entered into force (the Customer has paid for the order), online store will complete the order and hand it over to their logistics partners for delivery.
The Customer bears the shipping costs, which are shown next to the selected shipping method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia usually arrive at the Customer’s specified parcel machine within 2–3 working days after order dispatch.
Orders submitted on Friday and weekend will be dispatched starting from the first working day.
The Customer is obligated to inform online store of any changes regarding the destination or agreed time of delivery immediately and before the goods are to be delivered.
Right to return
According to Section 56(1) of the Law of Obligations Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
The customer bears the costs related to the return, except when the return is due to non-conformity or defect of the goods.
To return goods, a return request must be submitted in free form within 14 days from receipt of the goods to the email address info@ilukaar.ee. The request must include the customer’s name, product name, and invoice or order number. The return request can also be submitted on the online store's website.
The Customer will be refunded for the returned goods immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the delivery costs will also be reimbursed.
Right to make claims
The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery and appears within two years after receipt. Within the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at delivery. The online store must prove otherwise if this is not the case.
The Customer has the right to submit a claim to the online store no later than two months after discovering the defect by e-mailing to info@ilukaar.ee.
The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after delivery.
If the goods have a defect for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the goods. If repair or replacement is impossible, the online store will refund all payments related to the sales contract.
The online store will respond to the Customer’s claim in writing or in a reproducible form within 15 days.
Liability and force majeure
The online store is liable to the Customer and the Customer is liable to online store for damages caused to the other party by violating these terms and conditions in cases and to the extent specified in the valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
The online store is not liable to the Customer for the caused damages or the delay of the delivery of the product if the damages or the delay of the delivery of the product are caused by events that could not have been avoided or foreseen by the online store.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The online store uses personal data entered by the Customer only to process the order and deliver the goods. Personal data is shared with shipping service providers for delivery purposes.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the Customers email only if the Customer has given consent by entering their email address on the website and expressing the wish to receive direct mail.
The Customer can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by notifying the online store by email or following the instructions in the email.
Dispute Resolution
All Customers claims must be sent to info@ilukaar.ee.
If the customer and online store cannot resolve a dispute amicably, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee, which resolves disputes arising from contracts between the Customer and online store. Additionally, the customer may use the European Union platform for resolving consumer disputes.
