Refund policy

According to the provisions of Section 56, Subsection 1 of the Law of Obligations Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

The customer bears the costs related to the return of the goods, except if the reason for the return is non-conformity or defect of the ordered goods.

To return the goods, a return request must be submitted in free form within 14 days from receipt of the goods to the email address info@ilukaar.ee. The return request must include the customer’s name, product name, and invoice or order number. The return request can also be submitted on this website.

The customer will be refunded for the returned goods immediately, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the customer will also be reimbursed for the delivery costs.
